WELCOME to Business Women's Network (BWN) of North Georgia. The businesses in Dawsonville’s BWN, are all conveniently located near Dawsonville’s North Georgia Premium Outlets along the major throughways of GA Hwy 400 and Hwy 53. Come experience all that Dawsonville has to offer to women, for women, by women catering to the special wants and needs of other women and their family members. Providing shopping, dining and relaxation, we understand women because we ARE women!
BWN helps women evolve their businesses by sharing resources and providing a single voice to shape economic and public policy. BWN is the only dues-based organization representing the interests of women entrepreneurs across Dawson County and North Georgia.
BWN started as an informal meeting of women business owners in the Dawsonville area who met to trade information about business development, contracts, bank credit, and other business issues. Every few weeks, more women began attending the group and it became clear that there was a great need for a formal organization devoted to helping women business owners, so BWN was created. Our strength comes from the diversity of its membership. Membership is open to women sole proprietors, partners, and corporate owners with day-to-day management responsibility.
